Hoi allemaal,
een vraagje, ik heb 2.5 week geleden een neuscorrectie gehad, weten jullie of ik nu alweer mag sporten (geen contactsport, maar steps of aerobics met gewichten of iets dergelijks)? Bedankt!

Als het goed is heb je deze informatie van de kliniek of het ziekenhuis gekregen? Mij is in ieder geval verteld dat ik na 4 weken mag sporten, maar intensief sporten mag pas na 6 weken. En ik kan het verkeerd hebben maar steps en aerobics lijken mij behoorlijk intensief. Verstandig om dus nog even te wachten..

bedankt voor je reactie! In de kliniek vertelden ze me dat ik in de 2e week weer kon gaan opbouwen wat betreft sport, bijvoorbeeld joggen. Misschien dat steps of iets dergelijks (vooral met gewichten) nu toch al wat te intensief is (en er misschien ook te veel druk op komt, vooral ook als er gesprongen moet worden of kracht gezet moet worden). Ik wacht dus nog een weekje. Bedankt!

Vanaf zes weken na de operatieve behandeling:
• mag u weer een bril dragen. Tot die tijd uitsluitend contactlenzen. De druk van de bril kan namelijk de neus vervormen (ook geen zonnebril);
• op de rug slapen;
• kunnen alle activiteiten weer worden hervat;
• kan er weer lichte sport beoefend worden bijv: golf, zwemmen, fietsen, etc.
Dit stond in mijn protocol, hoop dat je er iets aan hebt.
